As a great option you can add a slip or zippered pocket on the front to hold your ice or heat pack as well!  This pack can also be made to any size that you need.  Can be made to suit legs, knees, arms, etc.  You can choose white, black, pink, orange, light green, mid green, brown, navy, mid blue, light blue or red for your outer fabric.
